Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Leads and directs programs, services, and operations of assigned Support Services to ensure customer oriented, efficient, effective, quality and regulatory-compliant service.
- →Orchestrates the planning and development of assigned Support Services long/short range goals and objectives and implements approved programs, policies and procedures
- →Provides oversight to the local Support Services to assure systems and processes and documentation are in compliance with all regulatory requirements.
- →Serves as primary EOC point of contact during any facility inspections and surveys
- →Develops, manages, and evaluates the annual operating budget for the assigned services
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s Degree in in Hospital Administration, Business, Public Administration or related field. Master’s Degree preferred
- Five (5) years of experience with administration of The Joint Commission standards and particular familiarity with Environment of Care standards and requirements preferred
- Five (5) years of increasingly responsible and successful management experience, preferably within a large healthcare system preferred
- Experience in planning and directing administrative and fiscal services, operations, and management analysis, in a healthcare delivery organization
