Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Develop, implement, and ensure adherence to clinical standards, policies, and procedures across clinic settings.
- →Partner with the clinical education team to create and deliver clinical training and education programs.
- →Lead and collaborate across teams to drive quality improvement, clinical value, and population health performance initiatives.
- →Support the Chief Nurse Executive in advancing the Pathway to Excellence/Magnet vision and the Nursing Strategic Plan.
- →Provide leadership for all ambulatory nursing roles, including matrixed reporting structures when applicable.
- →Apply strong decision‑making, problem‑solving, financial, and leadership skills to manage complex clinical and operational issues.
- →Maintain effective relationships with physicians, patients, families, regulatory bodies, vendors, and community partners.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in nursing required.
- Master’s degree in nursing, healthcare administration, business administration or related field required.
- Current Registered Nurse license in Washington State or Multistate License endorsement (MLS) required
- Eight (8) or more years recent clinical experience required
- Five (5) years of progressive experience in more responsible leadership/management roles required
- Three (3) years of ambulatory clinical experience
- Experience in ambulatory clinic operations preferred
- Experience in ANCC Pathway to Excellence or Magnet preferred
- Knowledge of NCQA and the Patient Centered Medical Home preferred
