Mercedes-Benz of Laguna Niguel, part of the Murgado Automotive Group, is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor to guide customers through the dealership service process. You will listen to customer concerns, prepare accurate service recommendations and estimates, coordinate with technicians, and provide clear updates from vehicle check-in through completion. Responsibilities

→Welcome customers, identify service needs, and document concerns accurately.
→Explain recommended maintenance and repairs in clear, customer-friendly language.
→Prepare accurate estimates and timelines, obtain approvals, and provide timely status updates.
→Coordinate with technicians and the service team to keep repairs progressing efficiently.
→Recommend relevant services that support vehicle performance, reliability, and safety.
→Maintain accurate service records, resolve concerns promptly, and build lasting customer relationships.

Requirements

2+ years of Automotive Service Advisor experience required.
Knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services.
Strong customer service, communication, sales, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to explain technical information and service recommendations clearly.
Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through in a fast-paced dealership environment.
Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Luxury or high-end dealership experience and familiarity with CDK or Reynolds & Reynolds are preferred.
