Call Center Representative

• →Answer a high volume of inbound calls in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
• →Make outbound calls to follow up with customers, confirm appointments, and support dealership communication needs.
• →Schedule, confirm, and update sales and service appointments accurately.
• →Listen to customer questions or concerns and provide clear, helpful information or route the call to the appropriate team member.
• →Document customer interactions, appointment details, and follow-up notes accurately in dealership systems.
• →Support a positive customer experience by communicating with professionalism, patience, and attention to detail.

• Previous call center, customer service, receptionist, appointment scheduling, or administrative experience preferred.
• Excellent phone etiquette, active listening skills, and clear verbal communication.
• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable using computers, email, scheduling tools, and Microsoft Office programs.
• Professional, dependable, and customer-first attitude.
• Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
