Position Overview:

We are seeking a friendly and motivated Porter/Valet to join our team at Mercedes-Benz of Midlothian. This role is key in ensuring that our service department operates efficiently and that customers receive prompt and courteous service. The Porter/Valet is responsible for greeting customers, assisting with vehicle pick-up/drop-off, and keeping the dealership’s lot organized.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival.

Safely move and park vehicles around the dealership lot.

Assist customers with valet services, including vehicle pick-up and drop-off.

Ensure vehicles are clean and presentable for delivery to customers.

Maintain the cleanliness of the service department, parking lots, and customer waiting areas.

Assist with organizing vehicle inventory and ensuring all vehicles are properly parked.

Provide assistance with vehicle transportation between dealership locations.

Support the service team with any additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.

Ability to operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.

A strong sense of customer service and professional demeanor.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail.

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude.

Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods.
