Join our Cardiovascular team and work alongside Cardiologists during diagnostic and interventional cardiac and vascular procedures where your technical expertise, clinical judgment, and ability to respond quickly make a difference every day.

Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Assist Cardiologists with invasive diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures
- →Scrub and provide technical support during cardiac catheterization and vascular procedures
- →Monitor and document hemodynamic status and cardiac rhythms
- →Operate Cath Lab imaging, fluoroscopy, monitoring, and procedural equipment
- →Prepare sterile fields, instruments, equipment, and supplies
- →Recognize cardiac arrhythmias and respond quickly during emergency situations
- →Assist with defibrillation, temporary pacing, and other emergency interventions
- →Educate and reassure patients throughout their procedural experience
- →Maintain radiation safety, infection prevention, and patient safety standards
Minimum Requirements: Associate's Degree or equivalent.
Required License Certification and Registration: Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) and certified as an ARRT, or be certified as an RCIS or RCES with Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI). Licensure from the South Carolina Radiation Quality Standards Association is required. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required.
