The Nursing Clinical Coordinator is a seasoned nurse, able to assess, create and implement new innovating resources that will meet the needs of care team members. Provides direct line management and leadership for all Medical/Telemetry patient care areas. Ensures proper standards are followed for nursing practice and provides interface between the support services and clinical services. Facilitates care delivery system development and operation, including but not limited to staffing and professional delivery of services. Must be present for twenty percent of staffing needs as they arise.

Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and/or relevant work experience Work Experience: 6 years progressive work experience and 1 years management experience State licensure and/or professional certification requirement/s dependent on position. Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required
