Manager, Inpatient Pharmacy - Clinical

Leadership:
• Operational oversight of the Inpatient Pharmacy areas.
• Represents the Pharmacy ICCE in work groups and committees as requested.
• Provide hands-on leadership and operational improvement subject matter expertise to division specific projects and operational improvement teams.
• Ensure alignment to operational plans and strategic priorities.
• Responsible for selecting, developing, and deploying staff in the most effective manner to meet assigned objectives.
• Demonstrate high influence, motivates, and pushes others to succeed in the
organizations vision, mission, and goals.
• Instill a culture of continual, real-time feedback that integrates with professional development framework.
Responsibilities
~1 min readEducation: Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Work Experience: 6 years progressive work experience and 1 years management experience
State licensure and/or professional certification requirement/s dependent on position.
Current American Heart Association (AHA) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or American Red Cross BLS for Healthcare Providers certification is required
