Provide evidenced-based treatment for patients at CDT. Provide group, Family-Based Treatment and individual treatment. Provide therapeutic support. Program therapists develop treatment plans, monitor and document progress and facilitate discharge planning to meet compliance and billing requirements and successfully return the patient to community resources. Program therapists work within a multidisciplinary team of therapists, medical providers and families to ensure comprehensive treatment. Participate in weekly clinical team meetings with multi-disciplinary team of medical providers and therapists.  .

Education: Master's degree in a social work or social welfare program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education. Credentials: MSW licensure by the South Carolina Board of Social Work Examiners.  Certification in case management preferred.
