The Recreational Therapy Aide plays an important role in creating meaningful experiences that enrich the lives of our participants every day. Working alongside the Recreational Therapy team, you'll help plan and lead fun, engaging activities that promote physical, cognitive, emotional, and social well-being. From encouraging meaningful connections to supporting independence and enhancing quality of life, you'll make a lasting impact while helping participants stay active, engaged, and connected.
