At My Funded Futures, we’re transforming the world of proprietary trading by giving traders the capital, tools, and community they need to succeed.
We blend innovation, transparency, and performance to create opportunity — helping traders scale faster and smarter. If you’re passionate about fintech, financial markets, and data-driven growth, you’ll fit right in.
Explore our open roles below and see how you can help us shape the future of funded trading.
We are a fast-moving proprietary trading firm and CFTC/NFA-registered Introducing Broker with a culture that rewards results over process. We are looking for a Program Manager who gets things done — someone who can hold multiple large initiatives simultaneously, navigate ambiguity, and drive execution without needing perfect conditions to move forward. This is not a PowerPoint role. You will be expected to roll up your sleeves, work directly with stakeholders across trading, compliance, technology, and operations, and be accountable for real outcomes.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- Own the end-to-end lifecycle of multiple concurrent strategic and operational projects — from initial scoping and planning through execution, tracking, and close-out.
- Build and maintain practical project plans with clear milestones, owners, dependencies, and deadlines; hold stakeholders accountable without creating bureaucratic drag.
- Identify blockers early, escalate with crisp problem statements and proposed solutions, and keep leadership informed without over-reporting.
- Drive projects to completion in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift — adapt quickly and bring clarity when others see confusion.
- Serve as the connective tissue across trading, technology, compliance, operations, and senior management — translating between business and technical teams without losing fidelity.
- Run efficient, outcome-oriented meetings; produce concise status updates that give leadership what they need to make decisions, not lengthy reports no one reads.
- Build trust with internal teams by being reliable, direct, and consistently following through on commitments.
- Manage up and laterally with equal effectiveness — comfortable pushing back on scope creep or unrealistic timelines while maintaining strong relationships.
- Identify operational inefficiencies across the firm and drive practical improvements — not for the sake of process, but to make the business run better and faster.
- Help build scalable infrastructure as the firm grows: workflows, handoff protocols, vendor management frameworks, and cross-functional operating rhythms.
- Document decisions, processes, and lessons learned in a way that actually gets used — clear, accessible, and maintained.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, consultants, and technology providers involved in firm initiatives — keeping them on schedule and accountable to deliverables.
- Support contract and SOW review from an operational standpoint, flagging delivery risks and ensuring third parties understand expectations.
- Technology & Systems: support build-outs, migrations, platform implementations, and integrations across trading infrastructure, risk systems, and back-office tools.
- Regulatory & Compliance: coordinate firm-wide initiatives tied to new regulatory requirements, NFA/CFTC program builds, and exam readiness — working closely with the compliance team.
- Business Expansion: assist in operationalizing new business lines, market expansions, or product launches from a project coordination standpoint.
- Firm Operations: own ad hoc firm-wide initiatives that fall outside defined functional lanes — the "who owns this?" problems that need a home.
- 4–7 years of project or program management experience, ideally within financial services, trading, fintech, or a similarly fast-paced, high-stakes environment.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple large, complex projects simultaneously without dropping balls — a genuine track record, not just a claim.
- Strong organizational instincts: you build structure where none exists, without over-engineering it.
- Excellent written and verbal communication — you write clearly, present confidently, and adapt your message to the audience.
- Comfort operating in ambiguity: you don't need a perfect brief to get started, and you ask the right questions to fill the gaps.
- Collaborative but assertive — you know how to get alignment without being a pushover, and how to push without being difficult.
- High attention to detail without losing sight of the bigger picture; you catch things before they become problems.
Nice to Have
~1 min read- Prior exposure to proprietary trading, brokerage, or capital markets — you don't need to know how to trade, but you should be able to learn the business quickly.
- Experience coordinating technology or systems implementation projects involving multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with regulatory or compliance-driven projects in a financial services context.
- PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification — useful but absolutely not required if your track record speaks for itself.
- Proficiency with project management tooling (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, or equivalent) — we care more about how you think than which tool you use.
In your first 90 days, we will consider you successful if you have:
- Mapped the firm's active initiative landscape and established a shared view of priorities, owners, and status that leadership actually trusts.
- Taken clear ownership of at least two major ongoing projects and visibly moved them forward.
- Built credibility with key stakeholders across trading, compliance, technology, and operations — they are coming to you, not around you.
- Identified at least one operational gap or inefficiency and proposed a practical fix.
