Operations Associate

Nabi is building a new behavioral healthcare system to serve 100M patients with exceptional care in the next 10 years.

We're starting with the first digital health platform for eating disorders, powered by an agentic care model that empowers clinicians to deliver continuous, high-quality care. We've already served tens of thousands of members and raised over $10M from the top VC firms in Silicon Valley.

This role exists to ensure that patients who are ready for care can access it quickly, reliably, and with a high-quality experience. You will also own a broad set of clinical operations work, from clinician hiring coordination to process improvement, and take on whatever the team needs a dedicated owner for. The expectation is consistent: high ownership and attention to detail so nothing falling through the cracks.

  Lead and manage a patient intake team end-to-end — run outbound calls and texts to prospective patients, schedule first appointments, follow up on no-shows, and re-engage lapsed patients so no one falls through the cracks

  Track and report on the funnel — own KPIs like reach rate, conversion rate, and show rate, and bring a weekly view of intake performance to the ops team

  Own patient communications — craft our scheduling messages, follow-ups, and emails that are clear, warm, and on-brand

  Support hiring and onboarding for the clinical and growth teams — help coordinate recruiting logistics, schedule interviews, manage candidate communications, and get new clinicians set up and ramped

  Flag problems and bring solutions — work across clinical and ops to keep handoffs clean and bring solutions, not just problems

• Based in San Francisco (this is an in-person role)
