Organ Health Specialist

As an Organ Health Specialist, you will promote and sell Renasight, a genetic test analyzing 385 genes to identify potential hereditary causes of kidney disease, and Prospera, a non-invasive cfDNA test for early detection of kidney transplant rejection—both supporting comprehensive kidney health management from diagnosis to post-transplant care.

• →Achieve and exceed performance goals through effective sales strategies, client relationship building, and territory management.
• →Drive market adoption of Natera’s Organ Health portfolio (Renasight and Prospera), contributing to successful product launches and market expansion.
• →Serve as a local expert on Natera’s technology and services, representing the company with professionalism and technical expertise.
• →Develop and execute tailored local business plans to achieve sales objectives and maximize available resources.

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent educational background.
• A minimum of 6 years of progressive sales experience, ideally within laboratory, molecular, or diagnostic sales.
• Proven track record of closing sales, building client relationships, and driving revenue growth.
• Proven ability to drive adoption through clinical education and consultative selling
• Existing relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) in nephrology or specialty medicine.
• Knowledge of academic medical systems and large hospital systems (IDNs) related to nephrology or specialty medicine.
• Travel up to 50% - 75% within territory, with 10% - 20% overnight stay
