Shipping Specialist - Responsible for the physical and administrative tasks involved in the shipping, storing, and distributing of materials, parts, supplies, and equipment. Prepares and maintains records of merchandise shipped. Prepares and assemble kits. All work is subject to additional requests as assigned by Department Manager.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm. Hourly pay starts at $20.
Responsibilities

Receiving & Storage: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming materials and goods.

Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records and track materials to ensure adequate supplies for kits and components.

Facility Maintenance: Maintain the physical condition of the warehouse by inspecting equipment, hardware, and facilities.

Housekeeping: Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse and designated kitting areas.

3PL Oversight: Assist in maintaining kit component inventory levels at third-party logistics (3PL) providers.

Assembly: Assemble kits strictly according to provided instructions and technical specifications.

Quality Control: Inspect assembled products and components for quality; identify and report any discrepancies immediately.

Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations to maintain a secure workspace.

Shipping: Prepare and ship finished products and kits as directed.

Assist in monitoring to maintain set finished kit inventory levels at clinical sites.

Reverse Logistics: Track the return of kits from clinical sites back to the main facility (Boulder).
Requirements

Computer proficiency

FedEx, UPS, and DHL International Shipping experience preferred.

Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
