Natural Habitat Adventures (Nat Hab), a Boulder-based global leader in nature-focused adventure travel, is seeking an Adventure Concierge to join our team. This role is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to our booked guests—from the moment they reserve their trip to the moment they depart. As part of our Guest Services team, you will respond to guest questions promptly and professionally while collaborating closely with our Operations and Sales departments to anticipate needs and gather key information.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a hybrid schedule.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with Adventure Specialists as a primary point of contact to provide booked travelers with a seamless experience from the moment of booking to the beginning of their trip.
- Answer general guest questions (via phone and email) about trips, billing, insurance, visas, gear, forms, flights, etc., and know when to forward more complicated questions to in-house specialists in these areas.
- Follow up with guests on missing information and forms required for their trip.
- Communicate significant trip or itinerary updates to booked guests.
- Provide lead-generation insight to Adventure Specialists for future sales action.
- Be a team player and work well in a team setting. You will be part of a small team of Adventure Concierges working together to provide exceptional service to our guests, colleagues, and operators.
- Additional duties as assigned.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with databases or CRM systems a plus.
- Adaptability and comfort working in a fast-paced environment with evolving responsibilities.
- Experience in the travel industry is a plus.
- Guest service or hospitality experience are strongly preferred.
COMPENSATION
Starting salary range: $55,000-60,000, plus annual bonus.
Compensation commensurate with experience. (Per Colorado’s Equal Pay for Equal Work Act; employers must include compensation ranges in job postings). This is a full-time exempt position.

The Louisville, Colorado office near Boulder is surrounded by paved paths and natural trails with panoramic views of the foothills and Rocky Mountains. The office campus features an on-site fitness facility and café serving daily breakfast and lunch, including a full-service espresso bar with locally roasted coffee. All benefits are subject to change.
LOCATION AND TRAVEL
This position offers a hybrid schedule based out of Louisville, Colorado and attendance in the office is expected at a minimum of 50% of the workweek.
This location and travel policy is subject to change at the company’s discretion.
WORKING HOURS
Our standard company hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM MT. On Saturdays, we operate from 8:00 AM to 3:00 PM, with coverage provided by select members of our guest-facing teams.
The company also holds one annual all-staff week that requires attendance, as well as a second in-office week scheduled by your department.
