IT Specialist - Endpoint Management Take ownership of our endpoint management environment and help shape the future of our technology operations. In this hands-on role, you’ll oversee endpoint platforms, security, and performance while contributing to new projects that deliver secure, scalable, and standardized solutions. Job status  Full-time, permanent  Shift  Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., flexible or as assigned  Work location  Hybrid, 2000 Brigantine Drive, Coquitlam  Salary range  $75,000 to $92,000 CAD per year In this role, you will: Take ownership of the day-to-day administration and continuous improvement of our endpoint management platforms, including Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, and Tanium. Configure and maintain endpoint policies, applications, agents, and device configurations across supported Windows and macOS devices. Manage application packaging, software distribution, operating system deployment, endpoint provisioning, and patching processes. Partner with Cyber Security and the Service Desk to resolve complex issues and maintain endpoint security and compliance controls. Contribute to new endpoint-related projects, automation opportunities, operational reporting, documentation, testing, and transitions to operations You have: A diploma from a recognized IT program or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience At least five years of hands-on experience in endpoint management, administration, and support Strong practical experience with Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, Tanium, SCCM/MECM, or similar enterprise endpoint management platforms. Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, and hybrid device management. Knowledge of networking fundamentals and experience working with ITSM tools and established service management processes; Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate (MD-102) is preferred.
