Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Patrolling the premises to deter and detect suspicious activity
- →Monitoring CCTV systems and other security technology
- →Responding promptly and appropriately to emergencies
- →Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- →Assisting residents, visitors, and staff as needed to ensure safety
- →Completing incident reports and maintaining accurate security logs
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Strong observation and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and act quickly in emergency situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Professional, courteous, and dependable demeanor
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with security systems, procedures, and basic computer skills
