Salary Range: $62,044.00 – $102,371.00

The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs )/Management Preferences are not required. Applicants who possess the following skills are preferred:
- Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
- Management prefers a candidate that has experience supervising Behavior Analysts.
- Behavior-analytic skills in the training and treatment of individuals/residents with intellectual and developmental disorders.
- Behavior-analytic skills in training direct support and other staff to implement data collection and training and treatment procedures as part of behavior analytic based support plans with clients.
- Ability to train paraprofessionals (including BCBAs and Behavioral Programming Specialists) and other staff to provide competent assessments, training, and treatment programs.

Master’s Degree in Psychology or closely related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
