The candidate selected for this position will start December 1, 2026 or after.
District Court 37, serving Randolph County, seeks a qualified individual to provide administrative and case management duties for the district.
Duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Draft correspondence and respond to requests for case status information and/or calendaring court dates.
- Schedule, monitor, and track cases eligible for arbitration.
- Create and review reports processed within the Enterprise Justice case management system.
- Ensure that cases move through the court system in a timely and efficient manner.
- Serve as the point-of-contact for attorneys and self-represented parties by providing general case information.
- Assist the District Court Judges as needed.
This position reports to the Court Manager of the District Court Judge's office. Work hours are 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday.
