Responsibilities

Greet and serve guests with warmth and personality
Accurately ring up orders and promote upselling opportunities
Walk guests through the menu to maximize their experience
Resolve issues with empathy and professionalism
Handle cash/credit transactions and apply discounts as needed
Maintain a clean station and comply with food safety standards
Champion the BurgerFi standard: Quality, Service, & Cleanliness
Complete other tasks as assigned by leadership
