Nebius Academy is building a scalable education and workforce development model designed to extend the benefits of AI investment into the communities and regions where Nebius operates.
The Regional Manager, Education Programs & Partnerships will lead the implementation and operational delivery of this strategy within their region. Working across Nebius Academy, Government Relations, educational institutions, workforce organizations, industry partners, and community stakeholders, this individual will ensure that educational commitments move from strategy to successful execution.
This role serves as the regional operational leader for Nebius Academy's education and workforce partnerships. The Regional Manager will ensure that the right curriculum is available, delivery partners are prepared, technology and learning platforms are operational, timelines are managed, and learner outcomes are measured.
The successful candidate will be equally comfortable managing complex educational programs, building relationships with external institutions, and creating the operational infrastructure required to scale programs across multiple communities and countries.
