Staff Accountant

We’re hiring engineers, operators, and builders who want to move fast, take on extreme ownership, and get capability into the hands of warfighters in months, not years.

• →Perform day to day accounting processes and month end close entries and account reconciliations
• →Perform accounting close processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting of all monthly financial statements and supporting reports
• →Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations, accruals, reserves and account analysis
• →Prepare schedules and supporting documentation related to external audit requirements, and interact with external auditors as required
• →Process vendor invoices, verify coding and ensure timely approvals and monitor accounts payable balances
• →Process customer invoices, apply cash and reconcile customer accounts and monitor accounts receivable balances
• →Participate in special projects as requested
• →Performs necessary functions to ensure compliance with SOX and Internal Controls over relevant processes
• →Identify and implement process improvements and internal controls to increase efficiency and accuracy

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Netsuite, Oracle, Sage) and advanced Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Ability to convey financial information clearly to executives, peers, and auditors
• 2-6 years of related accounting/finance work experience

$70,000 - $130,000 USD

The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations. Highly competitive equity grants are considered part of Neros' total compensation package.
