Senior Engineer II, Software Development

We are seeking a Senior Switching Software Engineer to lead innovation and development of cutting-edge managed switching solutions for small and medium enterprise (SME) markets. This role requires deep technical expertise in switching software architecture and product-level understanding to drive breakthrough innovations in cost-effective, feature-rich managed switches from 10GB to 400GB targeting SME deployments.

• • • • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Computer Engineering

      • 10 to 12 years of embedded switching software development with focus on product delivery

      • 5+ years of experience developing SME networking products or similar market-focused solutions

      • Proven track record of delivering innovative networking products to market with measurable business impact

      • Experience with customer-driven innovation and market-focused product development
