Netpoleon Solutions has offices in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, India, Australia and New Zealand, with its parent Company based in Japan.

We are now inviting individuals to join the Singapore office. Candidates should have a strong analytical mind and possess excellent project management skills and IT/cybersecurity knowledge. Responsibilities

• Coordinate among internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide high-quality support to all open projects of the Technical Team.
• Ensure that clients satisfactory.
• Resolve escalated customer complaints together with internal teams.
• Organise and control project, to provide timely reports to the Project Management Lead on project status.
• Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans, conferring with internal teams.
• Determine project responsibilities by identifying project phases; coordinate and assigning resources.
• Determine project schedule from the scope of work quoted and discussion with the project team members.
• Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure swift project closure.
• Manage internal project team members and external vendor/partners.
• Report any project issue in a timely manner to the relevant stakeholders.

• Ensure the project tasks are monitored, tracked, and completed on time; negotiate with the customer in case of delays or gaps.

Job Requirements:

• Highly motivated and willing to learn new technologies, able to work under pressure
• Minimum 2 years of experience in IT project management
• Resourceful, creative, independent, and able to work well in a team
• Action and customer-oriented
• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills
• Take initiative and adheres to deadlines
• Take ownership of projects and communicate effectively with stakeholders
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation, writing, and communication skills
• Strong soft skills
• Able to communicate IT technology and process effectively
• Experience in managing small to mid-sized IT solution projects
• Degree in IT/Cybersecurity certification or equivalent
o Certifications (Preferred): PMP or equivalent
o Other certification (optional): ITIL

• Working hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday*

• Salary commensurate with qualifications and experiences
• 13th month AWS / Variable bonus
