About the Role

The FP&A Senior Analyst reports to the Vice President of Finance and works closely with the CFO, executive team, and our private equity sponsor, L Squared Capital Partners. This hands-on analyst will support FP&A operations across multiple jurisdictions and play a key role in evolving Netrio’s financial infrastructure to enable global growth, acquisitions, integration and compliance with international and private equity standards. This individual will also help streamline and improve forecasting, business planning, management reporting, and business analytics methodologies to drive operational efficiency and position Netrio to scale.

Responsibilities

  • →Refine and support the current implementation of systems and processes to ensure that internal analyses, reporting, and decision making are relevant, timely, and accurate
  • →Help build out functionality in core systems, applying common modeling standards across financial analyses, preparing capex business cases and tracking their ROI, ensuring analyses are conducted consistently and in accordance with appropriate definitions, etc.
  • →Develop and maintain KPIs, scorecards, and reports to track the performance of projects, initiatives, and strategies, with a focus on results, execution, speed, and learning
  • →Support the annual budget process (including the multi-year operating plan and departmental budgets), prepare rolling monthly financial and cash forecasts, and provide insights and commentary on the Company’s performance against key metrics
  • →Identify key business trends and drivers through effective data interpretation, and communicate them through clear, compelling presentations and visualizations
  • →Work closely with the VP of Finance, CFO, and leadership team to provide strategic, financial, operational, economic, and statistical analysis to inform key business and investment decisions, and test various scenarios and hypotheses
  • →Work with key stakeholders on specific projects and initiatives (e.g., employee incentives and sales commissions) to ensure analyses are conducted appropriately and within the Company’s overall objectives
  • →Assist with proposed M&A transactions through valuation modeling and due diligence
  • → Support the integration of acquired businesses, helping unify financial systems, processes, and reporting
  • →Contribute to continued improvement in Netrio’s financial planning tools and systems, including Excel and other planning and reporting platforms
  • →Identify and help implement AI and automation tools across finance processes, such as forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting, to improve speed, accuracy, and insight
  • →Partner with the Sales and Business Development team to improve reporting, perform predictive and other analytics, and provide high-value insights to better understand our customers and the impact of our R&D and sales and marketing investments (including attribution, churn prediction, and lifetime value modeling)

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, corporate development, or a related finance role, ideally within a technology-oriented organization or high-growth services business; exposure to private equity or venture capital-backed companies is a plus
  • Financial modeling for a services organization, including designing and implementing processes to track KPIs, forecast and reforecast financials and cash, analyze COGS, and report results; exposure to debt covenant reporting is a plus
  • Working with data-oriented stakeholders to support and influence their decision making, and the ability to anticipate, prepare for, and rigorously debate their difficult questions under pressure and on tight deadlines
  • Supporting complex annual and ad hoc planning and reporting processes
  • Helping design and improve business systems and processes that scale with the company’s growth
  • Strong data visualization, and verbal and written communication skills, including an ability to tell a story through data, and to make the complex simple
  • Proven ability to turn data into actionable insights, including spotting anomalies and identifying meaningful trends
  • Eagerness to learn the business end to end, including its functions, practices, and customer journeys, and to turn that understanding into commercial opportunities
  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for working with numbers
  • Obsession with extracting efficiencies and driving continuous improvement
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams
  • Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, NetSuite, Salesforce, and other financial planning and reporting systems are desired
