But what truly sets us apart? Our people. We're a team of curious, optimistic and courageous individuals who collaborate to make life better for more Australians. We value authenticity, and agility, and we believe in creating an environment where you can do your best work, grow your career, and feel part of something meaningful.
If you're looking for a place where your ideas matter, where innovation is celebrated, and where you can help shape a brighter financial future, join us at Netwealth.
At Netwealth, those stories aren't built on investment performance or technology alone. They're built on trust, confidence, and the knowledge that every detail is handled with care.
That's where our Fee Maintenance team comes in.
Working behind the scenes, this team helps keep adviser relationships and account administration running smoothly across the Netwealth platform. From managing fee arrangements and adviser transfers to maintaining accurate adviser information, they ensure the operational foundations are in place so advisers can focus on supporting their clients. This reflects the team's responsibility for administering adviser fee arrangements, adviser changes, transfers and adviser record updates across the platform.
The Fee Maintenance team plays a key role in supporting the adviser experience at Netwealth.
As an Investor Services Officer, you'll help ensure adviser and client records are maintained accurately, requests are processed efficiently, and important platform updates are completed with care. You'll work across a variety of administration and operational activities, helping deliver high-quality outcomes that contribute to strong adviser relationships and exceptional service.
Whether you're processing adviser fee arrangements, coordinating account transfers, resolving operational queries, or supporting process improvements, your work will have a direct impact on the experience of both advisers and clients. This aligns with the role's focus on delivering accurate, timely and high-quality outcomes for advisers and clients.
No two days are exactly the same, but you'll spend your time:
Processing adviser fee arrangements and maintenance requests
Coordinating adviser changes and account transfer activities
Maintaining adviser and account information across the platform
Investigating and resolving administrative exceptions and operational queries
Collaborating with advisers, stakeholders and team members to achieve positive outcomes
Ensuring work is completed accurately and within agreed service standards
Identifying opportunities to improve processes and enhance the adviser experience
We're interested in finding someone who enjoys problem solving, takes pride in quality work, and genuinely cares about delivering a great outcome.
