This role is ideal for someone who enjoys administrative work and communicating clearly with internal teams. You’ll receive support tickets, research claim details, and complete simple tasks that help keep claims moving forward.
Responsibilities

- →Communicate with billing teams to request missing information
- →Update claim records within digital systems
- →Assist with documentation uploads and corrections
- →Ensure all work follows HIPAA guidelines
