This role is perfect for someone with pharmacy training (or willingness to obtain it) who wants to work remotely on insurance and administrative pharmacy tasks.
Responsibilities

- →Process prior authorizations and refill requests
- →Communicate with providers and pharmacies regarding missing details
- →Update patient profiles and prescription records
- →Maintain HIPAA compliance in all interactions
- Strong attention to detail
- Interest in pharmacy operations
- Ability to learn pharmacy software systems
