We are looking for an experienced and highly organized Project Coordinator / Project Lead to join our Global Infrastructure & Network Services team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating and driving end-to-end execution of enterprise IT infrastructure, networking, voice, and security projects across global customer environments.

This role requires strong project coordination expertise, stakeholder management, technical understanding of enterprise infrastructure environments, and the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced operational ecosystems. The candidate will work closely with Network Engineers, Security Engineers, Voice Teams, Service Delivery Managers, Vendors, and Customer Stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of projects with high quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of IT infrastructure and network projects including deployments, migrations, upgrades, decommissions, refreshes, and operational changes.
  • Collaborate with Network, Wireless, Security, Voice, and Service Delivery teams to define project scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, and resource requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, trackers, RACI matrices, and implementation timelines using tools such as MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, or Smartsheet.
  • Conduct project kick-off meetings, governance calls, status reviews, and stakeholder communication sessions.
  • Coordinate implementation activities including site readiness, procurement tracking, installation scheduling, testing, cutovers, and operational handovers.
  • Track project progress, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables to ensure timely project completion.
  • Monitor project execution and provide regular updates through dashboards, reports, and executive summaries.
  • Coordinate network and infrastructure activities including routing/switching deployments, firewall implementations, SD-WAN rollouts, wireless upgrades, voice migrations, and datacenter changes.
  • Ensure all activities adhere to ITIL-based Change Management, Incident Management, and Problem Management processes.
  • Coordinate CAB approvals, implementation windows, rollback plans, and risk mitigation activities.
  • Identify project risks, issues, bottlenecks, and escalation points; proactively drive resolutions with technical and operational teams.
  • Serve as the primary coordination point between internal teams, vendors, third-party partners, customers, and business stakeholders.
  • Manage vendor coordination for hardware/software delivery, implementation support, and project dependencies.
  • Collaborate with Service Delivery and Operations teams to ensure smooth project transitions into production support.
  • Facilitate steering committee meetings, governance reviews, and post-implementation reviews (PIRs).
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation including project charters, implementation plans, test cases, acceptance documents, SOPs, and lessons learned.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational standards, security policies, compliance frameworks, and operational procedures.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly project status reports, KPI dashboards, resource utilization reports, and financial trackers.
  • Support PMO reporting activities for multiple concurrent infrastructure and network projects.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across project coordination, delivery processes, and operational workflows.
  • 10+ years of experience in IT Project Coordination, Project Management, or Infrastructure Delivery roles.
  • Strong experience coordinating enterprise network infrastructure, wireless, voice, security, or datacenter projects.
  • Good understanding of LAN/WAN, routing & switching, SD-WAN, wireless, VPN, firewalls, VoIP/SIP, and enterprise infrastructure environments.
  • Hands-on experience working with cross-functional infrastructure and operational teams.
  • Familiarity with ITIL processes including Change Management, Incident Management, and Service Delivery operations.
  • Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, Jira, ServiceNow, Confluence, Smartsheet, or Visio.
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, global enterprise environments with aggressive timelines.

  • Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, network automation, or observability tools.
  • Experience in Managed Services, Financial Services, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, or highly regulated industries.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks such as NIST or ISO 27001.
  • Experience supporting global or multi-region infrastructure projects.
