Experience & Drive: You must have worked on a production line before and have a strong desire to work.
Safety Gear: You must own your own safety boots.
Flexibility: You must be able to work the day shift for training before moving to the permanent night shift. Training can be 4 to 6 weeks
Fitness: You must be fully comfortable with heavy lifting and standing on your feet for the full 12-hour shift.
