We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Management Intern to join our Content Operations team. This internship is ideal for someone who is organized, adaptable, and eager to gain hands-on experience coordinating game development projects. As a Project Management Intern – Content Operations, you will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of content projects. You will assist the team with day-to-day project coordination while gaining practical experience in project management, localization, and content operations workflows.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Support the planning, execution, and delivery of content projects by tracking timelines, milestones, deliverables, and action items.
- →Support coordination across cross-functional teams and help facilitate clear communication between stakeholders and team members.
- →Assist with creating and maintaining project documentation, trackers, meeting notes, and progress reports.
- →Assist with coordinating localization workflows across multiple projects.
- →Support collaboration with external developers, vendors, and freelancers on outsourced projects.
- →Help identify project risks, dependencies, or blockers and escalate them to the relevant team members.
- →Support research and contribute to improvements in internal project management processes and workflows.
- →Assist with ad-hoc tasks requested by Content team members.
- →Hands-on experience in project management and content operations.
- →Exposure to game development, localization, and digital content production workflows.
- →Opportunities to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- →Practical experience using project management tools, documentation, and reporting processes.
- →Mentorship and professional development in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program at an accredited college or university.
- Desired Majors: Computer Science, Game Design and Development, Business, Project Management, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with project management tools and workflows is an advantage.
- A passion for game development, digital content, and emerging technologies.
- Previous internship, academic project, or extracurricular experience involving project coordination is a plus.
