Director of Marketing - Wellness and Aesthetic

NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for a passionate and experienced Director of Marketing for our Wellness and Aesthetic division, based in Houston. This full-time, on-site role presents an exciting opportunity to lead our marketing initiatives in the thriving restaurant industry, specifically focused on wellness and aesthetic offerings.

As the Director of Marketing, you will be at the forefront of developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive customer engagement. This position plays a critical role in shaping our marketing vision and ensuring that our wellness and aesthetic services resonate with our target audience. We offer a competitive salary range of $140,000 - $160,000 annually, along with a robust benefits package and opportunities for professional growth.

• →Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for wellness and aesthetic services
• →Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals
• →Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing decisions
• →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings
• →Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively
• →Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media and email marketing
• →Build and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders
• →Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
• →Drive brand development and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms
• →Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in wellness and aesthetics

• Proven experience as a Director of Marketing or similar leadership role
• Strong understanding of the restaurant industry, particularly in wellness and aesthetics
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to think creatively and innovatively
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s preferred
