NextGen Hospitality Solutions is on the lookout for a passionate and experienced General Manager – Commissary Operations to join our team in Huntington Park. This full-time, on-site position offers an incredible opportunity to lead our commissary operations within the vibrant restaurant industry.
In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our commissary, ensuring efficient food production and delivery processes that meet the highest quality standards. Your leadership will be pivotal in fostering a culture of excellence, optimizing operational efficiencies, and driving strategic initiatives that contribute to the overall success of our restaurant network.
We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $100,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional development within a dynamic and growing company.
Responsibilities

- →Lead and mentor a team of staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment

- →Collaborate with culinary teams to ensure product consistency and innovation
- →Monitor inventory levels and manage supply chain logistics
- →Analyze operational performance and implement improvements based on data-driven insights

Requirements
