As the Fast Casual Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that every guest has an outstanding dining experience. Your role will be crucial in driving sales, implementing operational standards, and fostering a positive work environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone at the entry level who is eager to advance their career in the dynamic restaurant industry.
We offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $65,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for professional growth within our expanding organization.. Strong Bonus Program!
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Manage daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction
- →Lead and motivate staff to deliver exceptional service
- →Monitor and maintain food quality and safety standards
- →Manage inventory, ordering, and supply chain processes
- →Develop and implement training programs for staff
- →Assist in marketing initiatives to drive sales and customer engagement
- →Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
- →Prepare financial reports and manage budgets effectively
Requirements
~1 min read- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in Hospitality Management is a plus
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Basic knowledge of food safety and health regulations
- Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems and restaurant management software
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
