We're The Rebyl, and we're looking for a Restaurant Manager – someone who embodies our ethos: inclusively progressive yet unapologetically pretentious; someone who loves to be extreme while remaining inspiring; a figure who is bold, rebellious and ambitiously creative. As a restaurant manager at The Rebyl Nijmegen, you are responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant. This includes managing the team, managing the budget, and ensuring that all guests receive excellent service. You have a passion for hospitality and know exactly how to create a luxurious experience for guests. You always act proactively and are the main point of contact for all guest requests and challenges. You communicate fluently and assertively in both Dutch and English with both guests and colleagues. You have exceptional leadership skills and a proven track record of managing all aspects of restaurant operations. You have a positive attitude and take pride in your work, constantly striving for profitability and a great experience for all guests.
