NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for a High Volume Restaurant General Manager to join our thriving team in Orlando. This full-time, on-site position offers an incredible opportunity to lead a bustling restaurant environment, focusing on delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving operational excellence.
As a High Volume Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure that our restaurant meets high standards of service and quality. You'll play a key role in strategic planning and execution, working closely with your team to achieve our goals and foster a positive workplace culture. This role is vital in maintaining our reputation in the highly competitive restaurant industry.
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for career advancement within our growing company.
Responsibilities

- →Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- →Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency

Requirements
