NextGen Hospitality Solutions is looking for a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Assistant General Manager to join our vibrant team in Lexington. This full-time, on-site position is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional dining experiences and thrive in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
As the Restaurant Assistant General Manager, you will play a crucial role in supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and managing a high-performing team. You will be involved in various aspects of the restaurant, including staff training, inventory management, and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction. Your contributions will directly impact the success of our restaurant and help us maintain our reputation for excellence.
We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 annually, along with benefits and opportunities for career growth within our expanding organization.
Responsibilities

- →Ensure high standards of food, service, and cleanliness
- →Train, mentor, and supervise restaurant staff
- →Manage inventory and supply orders to maintain stock levels
- →Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints promptly
- →Implement promotional activities to increase customer engagement
- →Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting
- →Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- →Assist in recruiting and onboarding new team members
- →Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
Requirements
