NextGen Hospitality Solutions is seeking a Restaurant General Manager with a focus on Drive Through Experience to join our vibrant team in Escondido. This full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity to lead operations in a fast-paced environment, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
As the Restaurant General Manager, you will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and implement strategic initiatives to enhance the drive-through experience. You will play a critical role in maintaining high standards of food quality and service, while driving revenue growth and fostering a positive workplace culture. Join us in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while contributing to the success of NextGen Hospitality Solutions. We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $95,000 annually, along with comprehensive benefits.
Responsibilities

- →Manage and train staff to deliver outstanding customer service
- →Monitor drive-through performance and implement strategies for improvement
- →Maintain inventory and supply chain management
- →Collaborate with marketing to promote drive-through offerings
- →Analyze financial reports and implement cost-control measures
- →Foster a positive and productive work environment
- →Address customer feedback and resolve issues promptly
Requirements
