Restaurant General Manager - Upscale Casual

NextGen Hospitality Solutions is on the lookout for an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our upscale casual dining establishment in Centerville. • 5+ years of experience in restaurant management, preferably in an upscale casual environment
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities
• Proficiency in restaurant management software and POS systems
• Solid understanding of financial management and budgeting
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
