Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree and 10 years of relevant experience, or a PhD and 8 years of relevant experience, strong reference of a STEM Degree from an accredited college or university.
- →Ability to lead investigations, organize data, and present corrective action board investigations
- →Ability to report status updates and technical data to directors and managers
- →Significant technical leadership experience in at least two of the following areas:
- →DoD development projects
- →Energetics production projects
- →Electronics production projects
- →Composites production projects
- →Familiarity with quality management systems such as AS9100 or ISO 9001
- →Strong interpretation skills with technical drawings and GD&T
- →Experience with root cause and corrective action methodologies such as 8D or 5 Why
- →Experience working with suppliers to support supplier corrective actions
- →Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- →Able to work on multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- →Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret Clearance
- →US Citizenship required
Requirements
~2 min read- Experience with performing and reviewing First Article inspections (FAI)
- Experience with conducting internal and external audits, as well as supporting third party audits
- ASQ Certified Quality Engineer
- Lean Six Sigma training and certification
- Working knowledge of MES software (i.e., Solumina) and ERP systems (i.e. SAP, Costpoint)
