Our pioneering and inventive spirit has enabled us to be at the forefront of many technological advancements in our nation's history - from the first flight across the Atlantic Ocean, to stealth bombers, to landing on the moon. • Direct day to day execution of Specialty Engineering, Configuration & Data Management, Systems Integration, and Systems Architecture & Requirements activities
  • Mentor and develop a multidisciplinary SE team, fostering a collaborative, results oriented culture.
  • Ensure review deliverables are complete, technically sound, and aligned with program milestones (including SEMP updates, in addition to other deliverables).
  • Contribute technical expertise to long term effort proposals, cost estimates, and schedule forecasts.
  • Oversee SEIT BOEs and regular verification of the BOEs during execution
  • Identify, evaluate, and mitigate technical risks; capture and implement program opportunities
  • Maintain a living risk register and provide status updates to senior leadership.
