NiCE is seeking a Senior HR Operations specialist to join our Global HR Operations team in Israel.
This role will play a key role in driving process excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across Global HR Operations. The successful candidate will partner closely with HR Operations, HRIS, Talent Acquisition, Payroll, and Shared Services teams to identify process improvement opportunities, optimize workflows, strengthen operational governance, improve data quality, and leverage technology to enhance the employee experience and scale HR service delivery globally.
In addition, this individual will support day-to-day employee lifecycle operations, ensuring timely and accurate execution of onboarding, employee changes, mobility, compensation updates, offboarding, and other core HR processes.
The ideal candidate combines strong HR Operations expertise with a solution-oriented mindset, utilizing data, technology, AI and operational insights to simplify processes, eliminate inefficiencies, and drive sustainable improvements across the HR organization.
Requirements
~1 min read- 5-8 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Shared Services, HRIS, or related HR functions within a global organization.
- Demonstrated experience driving process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle processes, HR operations, and service delivery models.
- Experience working with enterprise HR systems such as Oracle HCM, Workday, or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Experience working with case management or ticketing platforms such as ServiceNow.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root-cause analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English, written and verbal.
