Responsibilities

→Design and develop secure, scalable, high-performance software.
→Work across the full SDLC — from concept and architecture to delivery and optimization.
→Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business-critical features.
→Lead by example in writing clean, testable, and maintainable code.
→Conduct peer code reviews and contribute to system architecture decisions.
→Support and troubleshoot production systems as needed.
→Stay up-to-date on industry trends and recommend improvements to processes and technologies.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
5+ years of professional software development experience.
Proficiency in any of the following languages C#, .NET, Angular, JavaScript, Java.
Experience working with SQL.
Experience working with AWS services (Lambda, IAM, DynamoDB, etc.).
Solid understanding of REST APIs, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes (AWS EKS).
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

This is a hybrid role requiring 2 days per week in our Cochabamba office. You’ll collaborate both in-person and remotely with our global engineering teams.
