Responsibilities
~1 min readYou’ll contribute to the development, testing, and continuous improvement of the NiCE CX software platform, working with modern tools and practices to create high-quality, scalable solutions. You'll collaborate with global teams and take part in agile ceremonies, all while supporting production environments and helping drive technical excellence.
Key areas of impact may include:
- →Designing and building scalable, secure, maintainable code.
- →Participating in code reviews and maintaining coding standards.
- →Troubleshooting and resolving issues in both dev and production.
- →Supporting CI/CD workflows and infrastructure.
- →Staying curious and engaged with new technologies and development practices.
- A degree in Computer Science or similar field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of hands-on software development experience.
- Experience with any of the following languages C#, .NET, Angular, JavaScript, Java, PHP. We work in our own product, so the open positions are usually using one or more of these technologies.
- Experience with SQL .
- Familiarity with AWS services
- Experience in microservices architecture and working with REST APIs.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub Actions, Jenkins.
- A collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and strong problem-solving abilities.
This role is hybrid, with two days per week in our Cochabamba office. The rest of the time, you can work remotely. We believe in flexible collaboration that keeps teams connected and engaged.
