Job Description

The Engineering Co-Op supports assigned teams by completing routine tasks, assisting with projects, and learning organizational processes, systems, and standards. Responsibilities vary by department and function but are always aligned with clearly defined goals and learning objectives. The role provides exposure to real‑world work environments while emphasizing safety, compliance, professionalism, and continuous learning.

    Assist with routine tasks and assignments related to the assigned department or function

    Support department projects through research, data collection, documentation, or execution tasks

    Follow established procedures, work instructions, and supervisory guidance

    Escalate questions or issues appropriately

    Perform basic data entry, documentation, analysis, or reporting tasks

    Support production, operations, engineering, IT, HR, finance, or business workflows as assigned

    Use assigned tools, systems, or equipment under guidance and training

    Maintain accuracy, organization, and attention to detail

    Learn department‑specific processes, systems, and terminology

    Participate in onboarding, required training, and internship learning activities

    Apply feedback to improve performance and skill development

    Build foundational business, technical, or operational knowledge

    Work collaboratively with team members across functions

    Communicate progress, questions, and updates clearly and professionally

  • Ability to work effectively in office, remote, or site‑based environments
