Niemann Foods Pricing Systems Data Clerk 1

Responsible for administering and maintaining company policies, procedures, and data concerning retail and promotional pricing, vendor costs, and UPC/PLU's. Communicate the pricing data to all stores through shelf tags and data transmissions.

• →DSD cost and retail data entry/corrections
• →Communicate with DSD vendors/Category Managers concerning cost/allowance issues
• →Problem solving for store pricing issues
• →UNFI file processing, preparation, review, and correction   
• →CRIP data entry/processing.
• →Maintain accurate item attribute settings for all items in HQ
• →POS item file deletes from the stores
• →Data entry for new items, Max Savings Guide, and Holiday/Seasonal packets
• →Discontinued items program implementation
• →Marketing contact for ad information and special promotions
• →4-Week Deal Program
• →Consumer Marketing Promotions: creation, testing, notification to stores
• →Target Expert Promotions: creation, testing, notification to stores
• →ROP information, processed, researched, and notification to stores
• →IMS Support
• →Item level understanding and maintenance of tax settings for Illinois, Iowa, Missouri
• →Knowledge of HQ processes and data entry
• →Other duties as assigned

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED);
• Or one to three months related experience and/or training;
• One year of Microsoft Office and keyboard skills for data entry;
• Or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Ability to write simple correspondence. 
• Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates of the organization.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
