~1 min readLearners in advanced courses like BSN366 and BSN395 need their credentials to stay current for a whole semester or longer. As our Compliance Specialist III, Credential Support, you will oversee compliance for these learners. You will handle the most complex cases, where timelines are longer, Experiential Learning (EL) placement matters more, and learner populations are larger. You will solve problems, guide learners strategically, and work closely with Supervisors to resolve escalated cases.
Responsibilities
~1 min read- →Oversee compliance for learners in advanced-level courses that require long-term credential maintenance, such as a 4-month course.
- →Monitor compliance risks and step in early so learners stay ready for the long haul.
- →Guide learners through complex credentialing requirements, such as multi-step background checks, recurring drug screenings, and layered immunization updates.
- →Lead mass communication campaigns so learners meet ongoing deadlines and stay compliant throughout extended courses.
- →Manage escalations and work with Supervisors to resolve high-risk cases.
- →Mentor Specialists I and II by sharing best practices and supporting consistent workflows.
- →Help develop process improvements for tracking long-term compliance across large learner populations.
Requirements
~1 min read- At least 4 years of compliance, credentialing, or educational support experience.
- Strong knowledge of credentialing systems and extended compliance requirements.
- Excellent critical thinking and time management skills.
- A demonstrated ability to manage large learner populations with high compliance complexity.
- A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
