At Nightingale Education Group, we're more than a college — we're a high-impact community working to transform nursing education and expand access for Learners across the country. Our Core 7 Framework guides everything we do: it tells us why we exist, how we behave, and what impact we're here to create.
We're looking for a Specialist III, Kit Operations to join our Mission Support team and keep the engine of our Learner and faculty course kit supply chain running smoothly. This is a behind-the-scenes role with front-and-center impact — every Learner who opens their course kit on time is a direct result of the coordination, follow-through, and problem-solving this Collaborator brings to the table.

- →Manage purchase requisitions, orders, and receiving across our ERP and e-commerce platforms
- →Track and resolve vendor issues, backorders, and delivery changes before they become Learner-facing problems
- →Own the coursekit inbox, making sure Learner questions get fast, accurate answers
- →Partner cross-functionally as kit needs evolve alongside our course catalog
- →Flag and escalate risks early so the team can stay ahead of them
- A 4-year degree or equivalent relevant experience
- A track record of strong customer service across multiple stakeholders
- Proven skills in inventory management and distribution coordination
- Sharp, professional written communication
- Comfort working in Outlook, SharePoint, and (ideally) Sage or Shopify or similar platforms
- A “figure it out” mindset — someone who stays calm and organized when priorities shift
This role sits at the intersection of logistics, service, and mission. If you like solving problems, keeping systems running, and knowing your work directly supports Learners on their path to becoming nurses — this is your kind of role.
Nightingale’s commitment to diversity and inclusion is reflected both in our learners and collaborators because we believe the best outcomes for learners from underserved and diverse populations are achieved through collaborators with similar backgrounds and cultures. Nightingale Education Group is an equal opportunity employer.
