About the Role

Nightingale College is looking for a Correspondence Specialist II to join our Quality Relations team — a role built for someone who takes real ownership of communication and turns high-volume inboxes into smooth, learner-first experiences. You'll be the voice behind timely, accurate, and professional responses to the learners, faculty, and stakeholders who count on Nightingale every day. This is a Level II role: you'll take full ownership of an assigned inbox, building on foundational correspondence skills to manage it independently while keeping quality and consistency front and center.

  • Draft, edit, and send professional communications to learners, faculty, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure consistent use of CRM, SIS, and communication tools for tracking and documentation.
  • Identify patterns or recurring issues in inquiries and recommend process improvements.
  • Collaborate with peers and other departments to resolve complex or multi-step issues.
  • Support overflow and shared inbox operations as needed.
  • Assist in pre- and post-semester projects related to learner communications.
