What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a Customer Success Manager with a strong background in treasury, proven experience working with global customers, and hands-on experience using AI tools in day-to-day workflows. This role is critical in ensuring our customers achieve maximum value from Nilus while building long-term partnerships.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage relationships with a portfolio of global customers
  • Drive product adoption, engagement, and customer satisfaction
  • Act as a trusted advisor on treasury and financial workflows, helping customers optimize processes and leverage Nilus’s AI-driven capabilities to improve efficiency and decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for upsell and expansion within existing accounts
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively mitigate risks
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Ops teams to improve customer experience



Requirements:

  • Strong background in treasury (must-have)
  • Experience working with multiple international customers across multiple regions (must-have)
  • Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, AI copilots, automation tools) and curiosity about integrating AI into daily workflows (must-have)
  • Proven
    experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar customer-facing roles
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • High level of business acumen and ability to engage with finance stakeholders (CFOs, Finance Managers, etc.)
  • Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills



Nice to Have:

  • Experience working in a SaaS company, preferably in fintech or finance tools
  • Familiarity with TMS, ERP systems, or financial data platforms
  • Experience working with startups or high-growth environments
